Pre-procedure advice
- If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before the process begins. You can put them back in immediately after the process is over.
- Try to come to the appointment without any eye makeup. This is very important and you particularly need to avoid waterproof mascara.
- To get the best results out of your appointment, you can tint your eyelashes before the appointment.

- Always be gentle with your eyelash extensions. Avoid pulling them or rubbing your eyes
- Use the coating sealant recommended by your lash artist for the best results
- Keep your eyelash extensions dry for at least 48 hours after the procedure
- Avoid going to saunas for 24 hours after the procedure
- Completely avoid waterproof mascara
- Don’t put your face under the shower-head
- Use a gentle and oil-free makeup remover for your eyes
- Do not apply moisturizer to your eyelash extensions
- Do not tint or perm your eyelashes while you have the extensions
- Schedule a refill appointment every 3 weeks to keep them looking beautiful
