Booking Services

1. Deposit Requirement:
a. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment at Silk Nails and Beauty.
b. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit to cover the salon’s lost time.
c. Cancellations must be made by contacting (02) 5940 8499 or emailing info@silknailsnb.com.au

3. Rescheduling:
a. Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.
b. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the 24-hour cancellation notice.

Products

4. Returns and Exchanges:
a. No returns or exchanges on products unless the goods are found to be faulty (manufacturer faults).
b. Clients are encouraged to inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
c. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Silk Nails and Beauty.

b. Returns must be sent to Silk Nails and Beauty, 245C Parker St, Cootamundra NSW 2590 and include a copy of the invoice receipt. We recommend using Registered Post or courier, as we take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

9. Eyelash Extensions:
a. Individual reactions to adhesive or extensions may occur, and clients are urged to report any discomfort immediately.
b. Follow-up appointments may be necessary for optimal results.

10. Waxing:
a. Clients should disclose any skin conditions or allergies prior to waxing services.
b. Post-waxing sun exposure should be limited to prevent skin sensitivity.

11. Facials:
a. Clients with known skin sensitivities or allergies are advised to inform the esthetician before facial treatments.
b. Patch tests can be performed upon request to ensure compatibility.
